Not far from the center of Rome, this is one of the most prestigious golf courses in Italy.  It is located on the estate of the designer Laura Biagiotti.  The buildings are made of rose marble, with red Tuscany pavements, large green parks, small gardens and panoramic balconies.

The apartment also has use of all the club facilities, including the 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a fine restaurant and bar, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a fitness club with sauna, amphitheater, daycare facilities, field bocce and skating.  The club facilities are shown below.
